I'm Michael Roytburd. The name RootedMichael™ is a mashup of my two brands: Rooted Insight, my organizational development and consulting practice, and my coaching work, which lives under my own name. The joke just sprouted from there.
My actual work is pretty much the opposite of this page — slow, collaborative, grounded in your real context. No three-step systems. No proprietary frameworks with trademarked names. No squirrel relationship management.
What I do offer: deep listening, honest reflection, and a thinking partner who will help you figure out what's actually going on — and what to do about it. I work with individual leaders as a coach, and with teams and organizations through Rooted Insight.
